  1. Get Help - Blizzard Support
  2. Select Account - Cant Log In as the category
  3. Choose one of the sub-categories
  4. Click “Contact Us”
  5. Reference this forums post, you’ll need to include your friend’s full battletag.
  6. Respond back here with the ticket ID - Or give me one of the ticket IDs your friend already submitted.
